Thank you for visiting Emma Mortimer Art.

Since I was tiny, I have been totally and utterly captivated by wildlife. No matter whether it is a huge giraffe or a tiny dragonfly, my attention will always be drawn to it.

Unsurprisingly, I absolutely love drawing these creatures. Although I have explored a range of mediums, I always come back to my black ink pens. My aim is to make these animal come alive, by adding as many tiny intricacies as I can, with the thinnest possible pen lines! As you can imagine, one small drawing will take me several hours - but I find it incredibly therapeutic.
